Healthy walks

The Poole Healthy Walks Scheme offers a number of free, led walks, which take place around Poole on a weekly and monthly basis. Most walks are short in length, typically between 1 and 2 miles and take place on firm level ground and are led by trained volunteer walk leaders.

The walks take in some of Poole's most picturesque locations including Upton Country Park, Poole Park, Canford Heath and Delph Woods.

There is no need to pre-book for any of the walks. Just turn up at the meeting point detailed below and walk with a friendly and sociable group.

All of the walks end with refreshments using the on site facilities.

If you are a user of Facebook, please like our page to stay up-to-date with all walks.
