Coronavirus (COVID-19): change to service

During the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we have made changes to our services for vulnerable adults to make sure that they are both effective and safe.

See further information about changes to services.

There will be a team of professionals to help support and guide you as a young parent. This includes your pathways worker, midwife, health visitor and support from the early years service for 0 to 5 years.

The Family Information Service provides a list of the support services available to young people and families to help with the quality of their family life. It has details of a young parent group which runs in Poole as well as activities, childcare health and wellbeing, welfare, employment, schools and learning.

If there are concerns about you becoming or being a parent, it's important that everyone is honest and open in sharing their concerns so that you get the right support,
