Coronavirus (COVID-19): change to service

During the coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, we have made changes to our services for vulnerable adults to make sure that they are both effective and safe.

See further information about changes to services.

Staying Put

For some young people, staying with their foster carer after they are 18 years old is the best plan for them. Many young people have an enduring and significant bond with their carers who will help support them into adulthood. Where foster carers are able to continue to provide a home for the young person leaving care, their foster carer will become a staying put carer.
