Fair Access Protocols

All local authorities must have a Fair Access Protocol for in year admissions. In Poole this is the In Year Fair Access Panel.

Read the terms of reference for our:

Fair Access Protocols exist to ensure that appropriate education is secured for children without a school place, particularly the most vulnerable or those with challenging behaviour.

The Protocols ensure that all schools in an area admit their fair share of children with challenging behaviour, including children excluded from other schools.

If your application is to be considered by the In Year Fair Access Panel you will be advised by our school admissions team.
