How governing bodies are organised

Each governing body is different. They organise themselves according to need just like a board of directors in a company. Each person has a named role or responsibility, and reports back to the full governing body regularly.

Smaller groups of committees are formed that focus on particular aspects or areas and they meet frequently to monitor those aspects or areas.
