The planning copy charges document shows the photocopying charges for the various documents that you may wish to have copies of and charges for searches/confirmations we provide. These charges take effect from 1 August 2014, with an addition in 2017 of Tree Preservation Orders (TPO's) now available to view online.
Location plans
From 1 August 2014, we are no longer be able to provide copies of Ordnance Survey Extracts to use as location plans. However, you can use Centremaps direct to order location plans by phone, email or via the website and their details are:

Please note that copies of large plans and multiple documents will take 24 hours to reproduce.
We are happy to post these to you, subject to payment in advance and a charge for post and packaging of £1.50 will be made. Alternatively, you can call in to collect documents at our reception.
