Coronavirus (COVID-19): change to service
On advice from the government regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), all comments on any current planning application are required, wherever possible, to be submitted on our online portal.
Any letters sent by post or hand delivered to one of our customer centres will still be processed but may take a little longer due to COVID-19 restrictions with less officers working within the office complex.

It may take up to 5 working days for plans and documents associated with applications to appear online.
Other ways to look at applications
You can use the Planning Finder website to view applications in Poole and the surrounding areas. This is an external website and we are not responsible for the content.
If you are experiencing problems viewing an application online you can view the plans in person at the planning reception in the Civic Centre.
Please note that paper versions of planning applications are not available but the planning reception staff can help you use the screens provided to view the electronic version if required.
