Borough of Poole is inviting members of the public to submit their questions regarding public toilets in Poole to its Place Overview and Scrutiny Committee.
Members of the committee will discuss the recent closure of some public toilet facilities in Poole at a meeting on Wednesday 19 July.
Questions can be submitted from a member of the public who is:
- Registered to vote in Poole
- A resident of Borough of Poole
- A person employed within Borough of Poole
- A person who is an owner/partner or shareholder of a business operating in Poole
Questions must not exceed 100 words and must be submitted to the Borough of Poole Democratic Services Manager either by:
Questions will be limited to one per person. Please include a contact telephone number or email address with your question.
All questions must be submitted by midnight on Friday 14 July 2017. Any questions submitted after this time will not be accepted.
The Democratic Services Manager has the discretion to amend or withdraw any question submitted. If this does happen, the questioner will be advised that their question will not be presented at the meeting. Any questions of a personal or confidential nature will also be withdrawn.

Members of the public are permitted to attend and observe the committee meeting, which will be held at the Committee Suite, Civic Centre, Poole at 6pm on Wednesday 19 July.
