Certificates presented to successful students

A group of Borough of Poole Adult Social Care employees have successfully achieved qualifications whilst working full-time.

The qualifications included Social Worker advanced qualifications, Health and Social Care Apprenticeships and Diplomas and ASYE (Assessed and Supported Year in Employment).

Adult social care staff are encouraged to study for qualifications which will further their careers and lead to a better service for clients.

David Vitty, Head of Adult Social Care Services, Borough of Poole, said: "Studying whilst working full-time is no easy task, so it is a fantastic that these staff members have successfully gained qualifications. I would like to congratulate each of them for their achievements.

“These qualifications will contribute to the quality of service we provide and will help towards our goal of improving lives for the people in Poole."

Each year Borough of Poole supports staff to undertake adult social care qualifications and this year 41 staff passed qualifications.
