We asked whether you had cause to complain about the council in the last 3 months prior to the survey. Results showed that 14% of you had complained.
Of those of you who had made a complaint 30% of you were satisfied with the outcome of the complaint. 43% were satisfied with how the complaint was handled.
Marbellys Bayne-Azcarate, Corporate Complaints Officer, said, "It is important that the people who use the Council's services are able to comment on them. We value feedback as it plays an important role in the way we deliver services. We are committed to continually improving the services we provide for the residents and visitors of Poole."
