Coronavirus (COVID-19): change to service
Our main customer centres are closed to walk-in visitors due to Tier 4 restrictions from 31 December 2020 until further notice.
Our payment kiosks will also be closed during this time, please pay online or use our telephone payment lines.
Most council services are available online and in the current climate you should access these through our website wherever possible.
If you can’t resolve your issue online, please call or email us.
Our customer service colleagues are working incredibly hard in difficult circumstances to serve you. All lines and emails are open as normal, however we continue to prioritise critical services so occasionally wait times may be increased.

Customer service centre opening hours
Monday to Friday: 10am to 4pm by appointment only.
At this time we can only accept card payments at the payment kiosk - no cash.
