We expect all landlords and letting agencies to manage their properties effectively and to take anti-social behaviour complaints seriously, and the Safer Communities Team is able to assist.

The Safer Communities Team have considerable experience in preventing and tackling anti-social behaviour with access to a range of tools and powers and other resources unavailable to the private landlord or letting agency.
