Pay your business rates/BID

There are a few ways you can pay your business rates (non-domestic rates)/BID, including setting up a Direct Debit, paying online or paying over the phone. If you are unsure, you can check who is liable to pay business rates.

Pay by Direct Debit

Setting up a Direct Debit is the safest and most convenient way to pay your business rates.

A Direct Debit can be cancelled at any time by contacting your bank or building society.

You can make a one-off debit or credit card payment via our 24 hour automated payment service.

Please call 01202 672932 to make a payment over the phone.

In person

You can pay at the Cash Office which is based at the Civic Centre in Poole.

Office hours are:

  • Monday to Thursday - 9am to 5pm
  • Friday - 9am to 4.30pm

By post
