Your Borough Of Poole

Public spaces protection orders

We would like to know your views on proposals to introduce and revise public space protection orders (PSPOs) in three parts of Poole.

The orders are proposed to help deal with several problems including:

  • anti-social behaviour
  • drug dealing and taking
  • rough sleeping
  • shoplifting

The three areas which could be affected are:

  • Poole Town and Holes Bay
  • Ashley Road and surrounding areas
  • Alexandra Park

You might live in one of the areas covered by the proposed public space protection orders, work there, or just be a visitor to the area.

We know that some of the things we're proposing might appear to negatively affect some people. We welcome your views on this, and any other options you'd like to suggest.

Have your say

Please tell us your views on the proposals by reading the information leaflet, which contains details of all three proposals and then complete the relevant questionnaires below. Please feel free to complete all three questionnaires if you wish either paper or online.

Poole Town and Holes Bay

Ashley Road and surrounding areas

Alexandra Park

The consultation will close at midnight on 16 October 2017.

You can also find paper copies of the leaflet and questionnaires at any of Poole's Libraries.
