The purpose of our on-line Publication Scheme is to act as a guide to the information that we publish. It details how you can access information, with direct links to specific documents if they are available on-line; the format information is in, and whether we make a charge for the information.
Documents forming or containing the Structure and Local Plans, supplementary planning guidance; the weekly list of planning applications received; statutory registers relating to planning applications and enforcement and the non-statutory register of industrial and commercial property.
Documents made available to the public in accordance with regulations made under section 74 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. Typically a document or other information may be withheld because the regulations provide for different procedures and exemptions and it is in the public interest that the document or information should only be made available in accordance with the regulations.
