Autumn 2008

Community based projects around the borough have been keeping many young people busy with activities they enjoy, thanks to guidance and leadership from the Safer Neighbourhood Teams in the areas where they live.

Good news for young drivers - Pass Plus Poole is a scheme which provides an allowance towards an advanced driving course, enabling newly qualified drivers to gain more experience and reduce their car insurance as a result.

Planning for the future is a key role of the Council and consultation about how the town may develop to provide new homes, employment and transport is taking place in the autumn. Have your say at an Area Meeting near you.
