The table below shows the photocopying charges for the various documents that you may wish to have copies of. These charges take effect from 13th October 2008 & all prices are inclusive of VAT at 15%.
Document Charge *P&P Planning Approvals / Refusals/Appeal Decisions 50p per document £1.50 Copy Legal Agreements 10p per single side A4 or A3 plus any additional charges for plans. £1.50 Copy Tree Preservation Orders 50p per document £1.50 A4 & A3 Photocopies (Black & White) (including A4 & A3 Plans) 10p per single side £1.50 A4 & A3 Copies (Colour) (including A4 & A3 Plans) £1.00 per single side £1.50 Plans: A2, A1 and A0 Size (Black & White or Colour) £1.20 per plan £1.50 Research Planning History/Search of Planning Records £29.40 per hour (or part thereof) £1.50 Ordnance Survey Extracts £26.43 per set of 3 @ scale 1:1250 plus 3 copies @ scale 1:500. Additional copies 28p each (1250 scale map coverage 200m x 200m) £27.43 per set of 3 @ scale 1:1250 plus 3 copies @ scale 1:500 Additional copies 28p each (1250 scale map coverage 198m x 251m) £1.50 Planning Committee Agenda 10p per side for copies of individual items from the report. Please note that copies of large plans and multiple documents will take 24 hours to reproduce.
We are happy to post these to you, subject to payment in advance and a charge for post & packaging of *£1.50 will be made. Alternatively, you can call in to collect documents at our reception.
