Planning Portal Home Page - The Planning Portal offers a wide range of services and guidance on the planning system. This is the main entry page into the portal. This section of the Planning Portal is intended for both householders and business people. It explains why planning controls are necessary and how decisions are made.
Online Planning Applications - An alternative route to downloading our application forms is to complete the forms, submit required plans and pay the fee all online via the Portal. Please note that if sending paper versions only 2 copies of forms, drawings and other documents are now required and not 4 as stated on guidance notes and forms.
