WANT TO HELP US IMPROVE OUR PLANNING SERVICE IN POOLE?
WE NEED TO HEAR YOUR VIEWS……………….
As part of a National initiative by the Planning Advisory Service which is aimed at improving planning services, the Borough of Poole is inviting Stakeholders (including Agents, Applicants, and Neighbours) to take part in an on-line survey relating to the service they have received on individual Planning and Tree-work Applications.
If you have submitted an application for planning or tree-works, or have commented on an application that we have received and have let us have an email contact we will contact you at the end of the decision process for that application for your views.
Surveys are emailed and will only take a few minutes to complete.
All responses will be treated as strictly confidential and held in a secure database and results will NOT allow you to be identified individually.
No personal data will be passed on to any third party.
If you have any questions about the survey , please email email@example.com
Applications and Decision Notices may not be available for viewing until up to 7 working days after they have been administered by us.
You can now view and run your own decision list by week or month within our Planning Application Search. You can also search by Ward and Date.
All correspondence and documents submitted about Planning Applications received from 2005 onwards can now be viewed in their entirety via the online planning applications viewer.
Historic Planning Applications going back to 1948 are available. The applications since 1997 include application forms, reports, decisions and comments (if less than 5 years old) made on the application whether verbal, written, email or submitted online. Applications prior to 1997 have been scanned but may only contain application form, plans and decision notice if available at the time of scanning.
We work in partnership with The Planning Portal to provide information and services about the planning system.
You can search for details of planning and treework applications and also submit a comment on undetermined applications when the normal consultation period allows. See download opposite for a summary or user guide on how to use the viewer.
