The Site Specific Allocations & Development Management Policies Development Plan Document will build upon the strategic needs set out in the Core Strategy, adopted in February 2009, by identifying where and how future development requirements for the town will be delivered. It will also include a new suite of Development Management policies, that will replace the majority of 'saved' policies contained in the Poole Local Plan First Alteration.
