Disruption To Boroughofpoole.com

Boroughofpoole.com will be unavailable to residents from 5.30pm on Friday 20 April due to essential maintenance work.

The council’s website will be offline until 1pm on Saturday 21 April while maintenance is carried out on electrical systems at the Civic Centre, Poole.

Residents will be unable to access the council’s Apply, Pay, Report and Book online services during this period. Other online services, including job vacancies, planning applications and school admissions will also be unavailable.

Parents who applied online for reception and middle school places for September 2012 will still be able to view the result of their applications from 4pm until 5.30pm on Friday and again after 1pm on Saturday.

The out-of-hours 0800 506050 telephone number for emergency calls to the council will not be affected.

Chris Owens, Head of Customer Services and Communications, Borough of Poole, said: "We apologise for any inconvenience this essential maintenance may cause residents but by carrying out the work over the weekend we hope disruption to our online services will be kept to a minimum."
