Public Library Users' Survey (PLUS)

During the week of 18th September all libraries in Poole will be carrying out a Public Library User Survey. It is a national survey used across the country to survey users of public libraries concerning various aspects of the service.

We will be asking our users:

• what they have come to the library for \n
• what they think of the building \n
• what they think of the opening hours \n
• to describe their overall experience

The results will be used to judge the performance of the service nationally, and will inform local action plans for service improvement.
