Consumer Protection awarded prestigious Legal Quality Mark

Consumer Protection Services have been awarded the Community Legal Quality Mark by the Legal Services Commission in recognition of the high standard of civil advice given.

Peter Pawlowski, Head of Consumer Protection said " Having access to timely, accurate  legal advice is vital for consumers and businesses in the ever more complex trading environment. Speedy resolution of disputes is good for the customer,  business and the economy alike if a product or service doesn't come up to standard.  The Legal Services Commission award recognises the hard work and commitment  demonstrated by these officers".
