Lodge Hill Swimming Pool closed on Thursday 2nd April
News about the new swimming pool:
A new pool, which will form part of the new Montacute School facility, will open on Tuesday 5th May 2015 and will continue to be available for community use. It will provide a modern, up to date facility which will enhance and improve the swim experience for all users and also has the additional benefit of a separate hydro pool.
The management of the pool has now transferred to Montacute School. However, enquiries regarding bookings will remain with Borough of Poole until 31st August.
The schedule will remain unchanged at the new pool until 1st September. Any changes beyond this date will be communicated by the school.

You can make a block booking for a minimum of 10 weeks if you have the relevant Lifeguard and Swimming qualifications, as well as Public Liability Insurance.
The pool is also available for hire during the evenings, from 7pm at a discounted rate.

For Over 60s - Silver Plus swim session (free of charge)
Tuesdays 9am to 10am. Numbers are limited and spaces are on a first come, first served basis, so get there early!
Swim session for children with disabilities
Sunday mornings, 10am to 12pm. Numbers are limited. You must pay in advance (undated vouchers can be bought in blocks) as only lifeguards are in attendance on the day. Contact Children, Young People and Learning on 01202 714700 to book.
You can ask for a registration form if you have not used the service before.
