Patients will be given an exercise plan designed by an Exercise Referral qualified Fitness Instructor, which will aim to improve their health and/or aid weight loss.

All patients are required to attend an Initial Assessment at week 1, followed by a Review Assessment at week 12, in order to measure their progress. Patients will also be given ongoing support to help them increase their weekly activity levels.

How do I join the scheme?

Your GP will be able to refer you to the centre of your choice, and you will then be contacted by the centre to invite you to book your Initial Assessment.

Patients who elect to exercise with Everyone Active will have to attend an Initial Assessment at Everyone Active: Rossmore, but can exercise at all 3 Everyone Active Centres following the Initial Assessment.

How much does it cost?

You will be charged a £10 administration fee which entitles you to an Initial Assessment and a Review Assessment with a member of the Exercise Referral Team. The administration fee does not apply to anyone who holds a valid Access to Leisure & Learning card.
