Booking A Date
When to book
You can book a wedding as far as a year ahead.
To secure your date at the earliest possible opportunity at Poole we offer a provisional booking service by telephone but you can also make an appointment to come and see us. You will need to contact the Register Office on 01202 633744 with a couple of dates in mind in case your first date has already been booked.
What information is needed
We will need the following information to make a provisional booking:
- Your full names and surnames
- Your full addresses and post codes
- Contact telephone numbers (Home/Work/Mobile)
- Your marital status
- Your Nationalities
Making an appointment to book
If you do not want to make a booking by telephone, or need to come to Poole to do this we will arrange an appointment convenient for you.
Should you need to do this at other register offices you will need to arrange a time and date yourselves with the appropriate Superintendent Registrar.
If you give notice(s) in another district then they will inform us, and a pack will be sent.
