Cycling

There are approximately 72km of cycle routes in Poole of which 42km are either leisure routes in green areas or separate from traffic. The Poole section of National Cycle Network Route 25 is complete and fully signed.

Borough of Poole's Cycling Officer can advise about training opportunities, provide maps of local cycle routes (including a conurbation map for Poole, Bournemouth and Christchurch) and safety aspects of cycling, including lights and helmets.
