Life away from Council

Joyce was born in Oakhampton, Devon. She attended Grammar School and went into Civil Service in London. She is married with one daughter living in Perth. Joyce came to live in Poole in 1964.

Swimming in the sea on a nice and sunny day. Going to the Lighthouse to hear the B.S.O. Listening to the children read at St Aldhelms School.

Singing in Church choir. Arsenal Football Club. England Rugby Team. Gardening. Producing Church pantomime with a cast of fifty!
