Children and Young People's Services Strategy, Quality and Improvement
Our aim is to work with all other agencies, schools and partners in Children and Young People's Services to lead and co-ordinate strategic planning, in order to improve outcomes for all children and young people in Poole. We do this through production of the Children and Young People's Plan, commissioning of high quality services and performance management. We provide schools and early years settings with advice and support to enable them to improve further and to raise pupils' standards of achievement through quality learning in the early years through to sixth form. We also provide quality assurance of planning and manage complaints for children and young people in need of protection and in care.
