If you are already receiving Housing or Council Tax Benefit and you are moving address, please download and complete the PDFs form on the right hand side of this page ensuring that you read the instructions on the form carefully.
It is very important that you provide these details to us immediately, as any delay may effect the date the benefit is paid from and the amount you may receive.
If you are claiming housing benefit we will need to see evidence of the rent details.
