Child Performance Licence Application Form
Legislation states that a licensing system which regulates the participation of any child in a performance is administered by the local authority in which the child lives.
The Borough of Poole issues such licences to children from birth until they cease to be of compulsory school age. You should use this application form to apply for a licence for any performance your child is taking part in.
