Charities, Associations and Community Groups may be eligible for discounts on the normal hire charges when the Room is booked as part of your business purpose. Please complete the attached form and return it to the address given on the document and shown below.
Use of gazebo's and marquee's
If you are planning to assemble a gazebo, marquee or tent larger than 3mx3m, on the patio area at the Branksome Dene Community Room as part of your event, you are required to complete a risk assessment.
